I work by appointment only and hours may vary. If you do not have an appointment booked please message me beforehand if you plan on coming by.

Feel free to bring anything that would make you more comfortable during your appointment. We have water and wifi. For longer appointments, I encourage bringing snacks, book, earphones, etc.

For colour - Accidents happen so please don’t wear your favourite clothes! Please come with dry hair

For haircuts - Please no hoodies or bulky turtlenecks to ensure we have a flat area for cutting.

The studio is in unit #406 at 645 Fort Street. Many major bus routes stop on Douglas and Fort a block away.

The Bay Centre has 1 hour free parking on weekends and free weekdays after 4pm. There is pay 90mins street parking on Fort st. and city parkades the Yates Street parkade and the Broughton Street (Library) parkade are a few blocks away.

We our located on the fourth floor of The Yarrow building. There is elevator access in the building.

Inside our studio there is a two-step platform to access the shampoo basins. There are gendered washrooms on each floor. All are shared with the floor with key access only, which will be available in our studio. If you have any accessibility questions or requirements, please let me know!

APPOINTMENTS WEEKDAYS AFTER 6:00PM AND SATURDAYS AFTER 2:30PM PLEASE READ*

The Yarrow building front doors are locked after 6:00pm on weekdays, 2:30pm on Saturdays so I will come down to the Fort Street entrance at your appointment time to let you in.

If you have tested positive for covid, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

Masks are not mandatory inside the studio. However if you’d prefer I wear a mask, please let me know and I would be happy to do so!

I accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), debit and e-transfers. Cash is gladly accepted however I do not carry change so please bring exact amount if you wish to pay cash.
